Things are Looking Up, Finally!

My friend Heidi made a comment that she hoped my Grrr day was not an indicator of things to come. I guess she had a premonition. Wednesday and Thursday, didn't really get any better. In fact on Thursday I had a terrible reaction to some new medicine my doctor had prescribed to try and get rid of my daily headaches and weekly migraines.
Let's just say I spent the afternoon at the Doctor's office shaking, heart palpitating, tongue and lips numb and completely nauseous and weepy. The cherry on top was the pounding migraine. I now get to tell medical people that I actually am allergic to something.
I am feeling much better today. I slept it off. In fact I am feeling very Zenish (if that is a word. I came up with a solution for my article, with the help of some wonderful people who helped me at the last minute today.
Also, Isaac's baseball tryouts are over and that nail biting experience went way better than I thought. Isaac's coach called excited to have him on his team.
Yep things are looking up.

I feel bad that I don't get the chance to read everyone's blog- I rarely get a chance to update my own. I love your blog, your total honesty and the way you have with words is beyond description.

Sorry you have felt so crappy! Migraines suck! And when you're allergic to the medication I can imagine it's even worse! Girl. You're amazing! Hang in there! Love ya!

Talk about a rough week! Sorry I wasn't able to help...I'm all better now, of course.

I am sorry that you have had a couple nasty days. Please call me if you ever need anything. I'm never to busy to repay some service.

I'm right there with you. I have had a migraine for the last couple of days and even have one as I type this. I was doing so good lately and haven't had one in a while. I guess all the stress I've been under has made them come back. Now I just hope I don't get another ulcer because I've had to take so much Excedrin again to get rid of them.
Cody just got through his baseball tryouts as well. He is so excited because he found out that his baseball coach is the same guy who was his football coach and a lot of the same boys he played football with are on his baseball team. It should be fun for him. I also have Luke in soccer and Brittany and Savannah playing softball. I guess I should just stock up again on the Excedrin. It's going to be a long spring/summer!
